This hotel offers excellent value for money in a great location. Its central Manhattan location in Murray Hill makes it easy to get to-and-from the airport and is very centrally located for exploring the city. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. They provide great service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are clean and spacious, with all required facilities and comfortable double beds. Additionally, some rooms even have the biggest terrace, offering a great outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. The breakfast, included in the price, is a great perk. It provides a good start to the day without breaking the bank, even by New York prices.

hotel has a very good location and bed is very comfortable. the staff is very friendly and helpful. near the hotel there are many restaurants and cafes. price-performance ratio is very good.
room is cleaned every day, this cleaning is not too thorough. bed linen and towels are changed every day. furniture is rather old and has several traces of use. it is very easy to hear.

we weren't able to switch off or lower the heater/ac, so there was a permamanent noise - even during the night - and thus also very warm in the morning. someone who likes it very quiet should avoid an 8 million metropolis in the first place. you couldn't turn off the heating/air conditioner or set it low; so it made a permanent noise (even during the night) and thus it was very warm in the morning, if you like it especially quiet. you are not well off in a 8 million metropolis anyway,

Great hotel location, close to Grand Central Station and 5th Avenue. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful view and there were complementary toiletries and coffee in my room.
The elevators were slow and sometimes impossible to get. The bathroom was outdated and small.

The room (junior suite) was really big, with two separated areas, and a closet. The bed was really big and comfortable. Hotel location is really good, close to Grand Central, well communicated. Staff attends to all requirements.
Room was really noisy. Bathroom too small. Wifi in room is not for free.
